From the N 1/1 to the N 1/6, the Rectons are Gastronorm dishes specially adapted to hot and cold buffet presentations. Manufactured according to the Emile Henry exclusive Céradon process, they are resistant to both low (-20°C) and high temperatures (+250°C), and shock-proof thanks to their extra thickness and rounded edges. The smooth glaze allows easy cleaning. They bring a touch of colour and warmth to your buffets.
