Raymond Blanc’s ultimate tarte tatin dish
We’ve teamed up with Michelin star chef and culinary legend Raymond Blanc to create a revolutionary new tarte tatin dish. This traditional dessert is usually cooked in expensive tin-lined copper dishes, which – once the lining has worn off – often produce a burnt offering rather than a French classic.
No such problem with our clever ceramic version. It can be used directly on the hob (to get the perfect nutty brown colour on the caramel glaze) and then transferred to the oven to cook through. And because of a unique marriage between the ceramic and the glaze, the dish will never crack, even when subjected to the high temperatures of a hob. What’s more, there’s no tin lining to wear away, so the tarte is far less likely to stick.
So now you can make the perfect tarte tatin at home. Whether you have a Michelin star or not.
